Enhancing Your Spa Experience...

We recommend sceduling your spa
appointments two weeks prior to visiting
the Hotel Mar Monte for a broader
range of treatments and times. Our spa
services are guaranteed with a hotel
confirmation number or credit card.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes
prior to your first scheduled treatment.
Arriving late will deprive you of your
treatment time. As courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your
appointment will end as originally scheduled.

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please notify us 24 hours
in advance. Fifty percent of the price of the service will be charged for cancellations or
charges made less than 24 hours notice. No-shows are charged full treatment value.

A contractual agreement is required when booking group reservations. Please ask
for a spa manager when booking large parties.

For your personal comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments; however,
all therapists are trained on proper draping procedures to ensure your complete
comfort at all times.

Please remove all jewelry prior to visiting the spa.

Guests must be 18 years of age for massage and body treatments; 16 years of age
for facials.

Please inform us of any special needs that may require special attention.
